I have been passionate about not only travelling, but immersing myself in the local culture and community of cities around the world for decades.

With my husband Mark and friends, I have travelled accross the globe, sharing my education, passion for yoga, love of cooking and enthusiasm for the arts.

Sharing Love for the Arts in Europe

My husband and I travelled to Italy to teach high school students art; guiding classes in water colours & pastels.

We later travelled to Paris and Ireland enjoying the local culture. Iceland, Jamaica, Mexico, Santa Fe, California and further have also seen our footprints.

Spirital Journey

I have been on a spiritual quest for most of my life.

I found yoga in my early 20’s starting with Bhakti Yoga at a Toronto temple. Here is where I began cooking for 100 spiritual seekers and aiding in Sunday feasts that fed up to 200 hundred people.
